India is becoming an attractive emerging market. This semester, I've included Infosys, one of their flagship companies in the IT outsourcing, in the cases I teach in the course of Knowledge Management. At the class discussions we learned how different managerial styles are and how culture has a critical role in understanding the way the do things. Furthermore, other companies such as Cisco has also plans to entail training and certification of network engineers. Last Year, Cisco inaugurated a new development centre in Bangalore, and has spent more than $1.1 billion in Indian ventures in recent years.

IE Business School is now launching a new International executive Program on IT off-shoring and on-shoring to India. The program will be taught by professor Nirup Menon of IE Business School and by professors of Indian Institute of Management in Bangalore.

The program combines case studies, sessions, company visits and networking opportunities to learn an inside view about the business of IT outsourcing to India.

The program contents and enrolment details can be found in this link
